Conference Orientation
First conference? New to the field? Don’t miss this orientation for all members of the orchestra family. Get acquainted with a whirl of activity – in advance, before you miss something! Get the most out of Conference and all the League has to offer. Coffee and bagels available. (Thursday at 7:00 am)
(There is also a Volunteer Orientation on Wednesday at 12:00 pm.)

Delegate Lounge and Exhibit Area
Visit with exhibitors and business partners in the Delegate Lounge and Exhibit area, Wednesday-Friday. League Business Partners – visit your MyConference for information on exhibiting.

NEA Consultations
Take advantage of individual consultations with specialists from the NEA’s music division. E-mail Melanie Hausmann to sign up for your 20-minute slot on Thursday, June 16, 9:40am - 4:40 pm or Friday, June 17, 10:20am – 4:20pm.

Communications Crossroads
Communications Crossroads offers an extensive selection of orchestra brochures, newsletters, flyers, and educational materials, free for the taking. Bring a supply of your own materials to share and take home an assortment of new ideas. Bring your orchestra’s materials to the Delegate Lounge as soon as you arrive at Conference. (Delegates are responsible for displaying and monitoring their own materials.)

Post a job or visit the Center to peruse job listings. Interested applicants may leave their resumes and request interviews (scheduled at the request and convenience of the employer). E-mail Aaron Siegel before May 20 if you’re interested in posting a job.
